After working with her mother Caroline De Marchi for several years… In 2016, Capucine launches “Capulette” in 2016, a story of authentic accessories.
Growing up between France and Italy, the famous Venetian espadrilles with their bicycle outsoles have always been an essential part of Capucine’s wardrobe. She decides to take the velvet friulane a little further and recreates them in her own fabrics and combinations.
Her collections are marked by exclusive materials, handmade embroideries, decadent velvets from different parts of the world. This creativity will take her to collaborate with other designers and institutions such as Tara Jarmon for The Ritz, The Grand Palais Museum with the Venice exhibition and lately with Lily Of The Valley, a new hotel concept by Phillippe Starck.
Capucine keeps up the creative saga with the Palma, a small bucket bag entirely handmade by the artisans in Colombia.
The home slippers for kids have arrived to make part of Capulette’s collections this year.
Always praising craftsmanship and attention to details, Capulette works with local artisans to create authentic accessories that are 100% handmade.
